True Motus is a performance and movement analysis platform designed for informational, educational, and analytical use. The platform is not intended for medical diagnosis, treatment, healthcare operations, or healthcare billing, and is not a regulated healthcare system.

- Account login and authentication details
- Role designation (for example parent, child, coach)
- Organisation details if provided
- Billing and subscription metadata
b. Usage and Technical Information
We may automatically collect:
- IP address and device information
- Browser type and operating system
- Platform usage data and logs
- Diagnostic and analytics information
c. Uploaded Content and Analysis Data
When using True Motus, you may upload:
- Videos or images of individuals
- Motion or movement data
- Derived analytical outputs, reports, and metrics
You confirm that you have the legal right and consent to upload any content involving other individuals.
3. Parent and Child Accounts
True Motus supports parent and child account structures, including for youth athletes.
- Parent accounts are the primary account holders.
- Child accounts are created, managed, and controlled by a parent or legal guardian.
- Parents control access to uploaded content, analysis results, and reports for child accounts.
- Child accounts do not independently control or own data.
By creating or managing a child account, the parent or guardian confirms they have lawful authority and provide consent for data collection and processing relating to the child.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Operate and maintain the True Motus platform
- Perform motion and performance analysis
- Generate reports and insights
- Associate data with parent and child accounts
- Communicate service updates and support information
- Process subscriptions and payments
- Improve platform reliability, security, and features
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal information.
5. Data Storage and Infrastructure
True Motus uses third-party service providers to operate the platform.
Supabase
Supabase is used for:
- User authentication and account management
- Secure database storage
- File storage for uploaded content
- Role-based access controls between parent and child accounts
Stripe
Stripe is used to process payments and subscriptions. Payment card details are handled directly by Stripe and are not stored by True Motus.
6. Data Sharing
We may share information only where necessary, including with:
- Infrastructure and hosting providers
- Supabase and Stripe as described above
- Analytics and monitoring services
- Legal or regulatory authorities where required by law
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the service or meet legal requirements.
- Parents may request deletion of child account data.
- Deleting a parent account will result in deletion or anonymisation of associated child data, subject to legal or compliance obligations.
- Some records may be retained for security, audit, or financial purposes.
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, including encryption, access controls, and secure infrastructure. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
True Motus is not intended for use by individuals under 16 without parental or guardian involvement. We do not knowingly collect data from children outside a parent-controlled account structure.
