1. Intended Use

True Motus is provided for performance analysis, movement assessment, and informational purposes only. The platform is not intended for medical diagnosis, treatment, healthcare operations, or healthcare billing, and must not be used as a substitute for professional medical systems or clinical judgment.

2. Account Types and Responsibility

True Motus supports parent, child, and other user account types.

• Parent accounts are the primary contractual party.
• Parents are responsible for all activity conducted under child accounts.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content without appropriate rights or consent
• Upload content involving minors without lawful parental authority
• Use the platform for unlawful or harmful purposes
• Attempt to bypass security or access controls
• Misrepresent platform outputs as medical or clinical determinations

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant True Motus a limited licence to store, process, analyse, and display the content solely for the purpose of providing the service and generating analytical outputs.

5. Motion Analysis Disclaimer

Outputs generated by True Motus:

• Are analytical and informational in nature
• Do not constitute medical advice
• Should not be relied upon for diagnosis or treatment decisions

Any decisions made using platform outputs are your responsibility.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed by Stripe.

• Fees are charged in advance unless stated otherwise
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Refunds are provided only where required by law

7. Intellectual Property

All platform software, models, interfaces, branding, and system-generated outputs remain the intellectual property of True Motus or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell the platform without written permission.

8. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The platform is provided on an "as is" basis
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
• Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the previous 12 months

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless True Motus from claims arising from:

• Uploaded content
• Breach of these Terms
• Misuse of the platform

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
